Terms of Service

By using this website or purchasing products from CutMate, you agree to these terms.

Products
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images and information are accurate. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly from images shown online.

Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable or an error has occurred in the listing or pricing.

Prices and payment
All prices displayed on the website are shown at the time of purchase. Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Delivery
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds
Customers have the right to return eligible items in accordance with our Returns Policy. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product.

Faulty or incorrect products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at graham@cutmate.org so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.
